MelSa Productivity Assistance was created with a simple mission: to provide a ‘Gold Standard’ corporate experience for the smaller companies who are aspiring to get there.

Armed with years of experience supporting C/D-level executives & profitable businesses, a solid corporate skill set, a high level of empathy, and a healthy dash of entrepreneurial spirit, I serve MelSa as its Managing Director and Chief Engineer of Calm – with a particular affinity for those who are focused on creating a positive social impact with what they do.

The combination of my legal education and professional background within a consultancy environment means that I have an appreciation for processes and systems that work well. My aim is to bring the essence of those elements into your business to help you work well so you can make more money!

My existing clients choose to work with me because I make intelligent and efficient decisions. I genuinely care about what I do regardless of how big or small the task is – and I always aim to ask the right questions and listen carefully. 

In short: I meet my clients at their point of need, work with them to make sense of what’s needed for their success – and then get on with dealing with the necessary on their behalf.
